I sent them another polite and professional email asking them for more information and asking if they can allow me to continue using their product. When they had emailed me back, they said, 'No, u did used it on a mac and you did unlocked the trial in 2017' When I read that, I decided to email them back with some questions as the email they sent me was moderately vague. I sent them a long and detailed email about my issue and my history with the company and waited for a reply. It had not worked, so I decided to contact their customer support to see if they could help me. Now in 2020, I got a new Windows computer and decided to download the same auto clicker again. When I got Murgee's auto clicker I thought, the trial version was user friendly, so I paid for the full version (this was for the Windows version).
I had found this company when I was looking for an auto clicker for my video games back in 2017.
